BasketZip compares third-party grocery information. BasketZip does not sell groceries, set retailer prices, guarantee inventory, or complete purchases. A retailer’s price, terms, taxes, fees, loyalty rules, and availability control at checkout or in store.
Prices are not guarantees
Prices may be delayed, estimated, advertised, online-only, loyalty-dependent, or different from a shelf price. Confirm the final price, package size, eligibility, and stock with the retailer before purchasing.
Acceptable use
You may use BasketZip for personal, lawful shopping research. You may not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, bypass access controls, harvest data, resell results, impersonate another person, or use automated access without written permission.
Availability and fair use
Public search is subject to per-visitor, per-network, and site-wide limits. BasketZip may slow, pause, or block activity that threatens the service, its users, data sources, or partners.
Third-party links and commissions
Retailer and partner sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Some links may be paid affiliate links. BasketZip may receive a commission after a qualifying purchase, without changing your price. Commissions never influence BasketZip rankings.
Ownership and feedback
BasketZip’s software, design, branding, compilations, and original content are protected by law. You grant BasketZip permission to use price and stock feedback you submit to operate, verify, and improve the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BasketZip disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
